Hello, I’m James and I make 62" x 42" bespoke tabletop model railway scenes. Each layout comes complete with a small station and a platform, a variety of buildings, trees and background scenery in OO scale. 

The standard tabletop railway starts at £250 and can vary in size and layout depending on your needs and requests. It will always include an oval track with sidings. 

It does not include any model trains or rolling stock. It also comes free of any people, vehicles or other tiny design features, giving you the freedom to personalise your layout to specific tastes or eras.

Process

If you’d like to enquire about ordering a bespoke tabletop railway, please complete the form under “Enquire” and I will get back to you via email as soon as possible. 

Please ensure you detail any specific requests, size adjustments or tweaks to the standard layout within your enquiry so I have all the information I need upfront!

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to begin the process. Once this has been received, you can expect completion in 6 - 8 weeks. Layouts are unique to the customer and made to order, so please enquire in advance if you have a deadline or birthday! You’ll be notified of progress and completion via email.

Delivery

Delivery is available on request within a 20 mile radius (not including extended/larger layouts) but you will need to cover the cost of transport.

Alternatively, you can come and collect your order, but please ensure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate the tabletop railway. An empty vehicle is best as model railways are fragile and prone to overhead damage!

I am located in rural South Wales, SA15 5TL. Upon arrival/delivery, you will be shown a train running on the model railway to confirm full working order.
